Rental Options

 The FPPF may be used for photo shoot sessions if available and if scheduling of such session/s does not cause undue conflicts.  Minimum rental one (1)-hour. 

All photo subjects under the age of eighteen (18) are required to be accompanied at all times during the photo shoot by a parent, guardian, or in the alternative, a responsible adult designated by the parent or guardian.

Hourly Rentals are restricted to Monday 8:00 am – Thursday 10:00 pm.

An Hourly Rental affords access to the property for a three (3)-hour minimum up to an eight (8)-hour maximum time period inclusive of setup and tear down/clean-up time. Typically, these events are organization events, family/class reunions, and other special life event celebrations. 

All Hourly Rental events must be scheduled to end no later than 10:00 pm and guests must vacate the property no later than 11:00 pm. In addition, all required clean-up of food and garbage must be completed by 11:00 pm.

Weekend Package Rental commences Friday at 12 noon and ends on Sunday at 12 noon.

A Weekend Package Rental is defined as an event requiring access to the property that is scheduled to take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or a combination thereof. Typically, these events are weddings, weekend retreat trainings, or religious gatherings, etc.

All Weekend Package Rental events must be scheduled to end no later than 10:00 pm and guests must vacate the property no later than 11:00 pm. In addition, all required clean-up of food and garbage must be completed by 11:00 pm.

 The Premium Single Weekend Day Rental option is not recommended for weddings or large gatherings of more than 75-100 people because of the extensive set-up/decorating, tear-down and clean-up that may be required.

Premium Single Weekend Day Rental is for one full weekend day occurring on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.  A half-day rental option is available and is restricted to Sunday only.    

Access to the property for a full-day Premium Single Weekend Day Rental will commence at 8:00 am. Access to the property begins at 3:00 pm for the half-day Sunday Rental.
