Rental Application and Agreement
The Front Porch Promise Farm (FPPF) requires completion and submission of a Rental Request Application for all potential rentals.
Rental Request Applications are considered on a first come basis and are subject to rental approval guidelines.
If the Rental Request Application is approved, The FPPF will prepare a Rental Agreement for client signature. The signed Rental Agreement must be returned to The FPPF within 30 days along with the applicable Security Deposit before The FPPF will reserve the date/s for the client.
Security Deposits
The FPPF requires payment of a Security Deposit for approved rental requests.
Refund of the Security Deposit will not be given to the Client until a satisfactory final inspection has been performed and approved by The FPPF following the event.
The FPPF reserves the right to withhold the return of the deposit should the client fail to adhere to the Rules and Conditions of Use outlined in the Rental Agreement, and such failure results in any pecuniary loss on behalf of The FPPF.
