Security Deposit and Rental Fees

Security Deposit - $50.00

Photo Shoot Session - $100.00 per hour plus tax with a minimum rental of one (1)-hour 

Security Deposit - 50% of total rental fee 

Hourly Rental Fee - $100.00 per hour plus tax with a minimum rental of three (3)-hours and maximum of eight (8)-hours

Friday - $1,500.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $750

Saturday - $2,000.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $1,000 

Sunday (Full Day) - $1,200.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $600

Sunday (Half Day, 6 hours) - $600.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $300

Friday noon - Sunday noon - $3,500.00, plus tax 

Security Deposit - $1,750.00

Set-up, Tear-down, and Clean-up

All rental periods are inclusive of set-up, tear down, and clean up. 

Rental Request Application/Rental Agreement and Payment schedule 

30 days to submit a Rental Request Application, so Rental Agreement can be prepared

30 days to sign Rental Agreement, Security Deposit due upon signature

50% of rental payment due 30 days prior to event

50% of rental plus taxes due 14 days before event
