Security Deposit and Rental Fees

Security Deposit - $50.00

Photo Shoot Session - $100.00 per hour plus tax with a minimum rental of one (1)-hour 

Security Deposit - 50% of total rental fee 

Hourly Rental Fee - $100.00 per hour plus tax with a minimum rental of three (3)-hours and maximum of eight (8)-hours

Friday - $1,500.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $750

Saturday - $2,000.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $1,000 

Sunday (Full Day) - $1,200.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $600

Sunday (Half Day, 6 hours) - $600.00, plus tax

Security Deposit - $300

Friday noon - Sunday noon - $3,500.00, plus tax 

Security Deposit - $1,750.00

Set-up, Tear-down, and Clean-up

All rental periods are inclusive of set-up, tear down, and clean up. 

Rental Request Process and Payment Schedule

The client is required to submit a Rental Request Application for their requested event.

Upon approval of the Rental Request Application a Rental Agreement will be prepared and sent to the client for signature.

The client will have thirty (30) days from the date of the Rental Agreement to sign and return it to The FPPF along with the applicable security deposit.

The requested rental date/s will not be reserved until the security deposit, and the executed Rental Agreement are received by The FPPF.

Payment of the Rental Fee plus applicable tax is due thirty days (30 days) prior to the event.

Rental fees, rental conditions and rental information quoted herein does not constitute a legal binding agreement and it is not a guarantee.  The Front Porch Promise Farm reserves the right to change fees and modify rental conditions, at its sole discretion, at any time with or without notice.
